A day in the life as a Project Manager First off, we've been in business for a long time, so that means that we have several qualified people that will be available to train you and get you up to speed quickly. We want you to know exactly how to do your job and what to expect going forward. Working as a Project Manager will give you the opportunity to do lots of different things. It's really a mix of managing client communications as needed, working with production and sales to ensure that projects meet client expectations, anticipating & resolving issues that may alter schedules on job cost and quality, and taking the initiative needed to provide our customers with a positive internal experience all rolled into one awesome job. Primarily, you'll be engaging with and talking to customers, whether over the phone, via email, online, or in person. Entering and managing jobs from start to finish and working with other departments to collaborate and complete projects. That is not all, you will also be helping support Sales with day-to-day production activities. If you have a question or need some help, you'll be surrounded by helpful, friendly people who are ready to jump in and collaborate with you in finding the best solution for the customer's needs. What you will need to be qualified for this job To be qualified for this job, you've got to have a positive and caring attitude. Attention to detail, knowledge of Monarch/MIS System, and an ability to work quickly and efficiently. And finally, since it isn't likely that you have used all the systems that your new job will require, you've got to be willing to jump in and learn how to use our systems and provide feedback on things that we can improve.
