Project Manager Electrical Contractor

Description:
We are currently assisting a fast-growing electrical contracting company in New Jersey with their search for an experienced Project Manager. This company, founded by a proud IBEW member, operates on the core values of integrity, continuous improvement, and hard work. They serve a diverse portfolio of clients, including universities, K-12 schools, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and public works projects, with project sizes ranging from $500K to $15M. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage electrical construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports. Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards. Assist with project estimating and bid preparation. Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to meet project specifications. Requirements: Substantial experience in electrical contracting. Knowledge of project management and estimating software. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Nice-to-Have: Experience with Trimble products (Accubid, Spectrum, or ProjectSight). IBEW member with a valid electrical license (e.g., journeyman or master). Compensation: Up to $180,000 base salary, commensurate with experience. Location: Office located in Rariton Township, NJ, with travel required to project sites across New Jersey.
