Help manage end-to-end office fit-out projects that challenge the conventional to deliver on exceptional employee experiences. What will your typical day look like? As a Project Manager reporting directly to the Project Management stream lead, you will be responsible for managing Corporate Real Estate projects from initiation to close-out. Your duties will include: Project planning activities including working with the global procurement team to prepare procurement documents, evaluations, contract execution and purchase order issuance Building and tracking master project schedule using MS Project, integrating the work streams (Design, Construction, IT, Security, Operations), and identifying and managing dependencies and critical path tasks Leading project team meetings and tracking action items, risks & issues, and changes Establishing and tracking the project budget file and cashflow, maintaining cost tracking log and delivering the project within the approved budget Managing project scope and the change order process Provide regular reporting, including weekly status reports, monthly reports, stakeholder decks, etc. with accurate representations of project progress, health, risks,.
