Project Manager - Concrete Restoration

Role Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator Project Manager for the Concrete Restoration team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proven track record of delivering accurate cost estimates and effectively managing projects. Strong communication and time-management skills are key, along with the ability to resolve challenges and drive project success. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion. Review and interpret project blueprints and specifications to create accurate material, labor, and equipment cost estimates. Coordinate schedules and timelines with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget by monitoring progress and maintaining open communication with clients and team members. Prepare essential documents such as submittals, schedules, meeting agendas, and close-out packages, ensuring completion of punch lists. Handle billing, monitor quantities, and ensure accuracy in project documentation, including contracts and change orders. Collaborate with estimators, superintendents, and foremen to provide comprehensive weekly job summaries. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field. 3-5+ years of commercial construction project management experience, specifically in concrete restoration. Expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents. Strong budgeting, scheduling, negotiation, and cost-control skills. Familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions. Ability to manage multiple projects with effective communication and negotiation skills. Background in Specialty Contractors or "Self-Performing" contractors preferred. Sales/marketing experience is a plus. Preferred Experience: Degree in Construction Management. Experience in estimating or project managing parking structure restoration projects. Sales or marketing experience.
