We're continually ranked among the Best Places to Work by the North Bay Business Times and our work can be seen in publications such as the SF Chronicle, AIA San Francisco, SF Gate, and more.Why join us? 140-180k Base Salary Profitability-based Project Bonus Annual Company Bonus 3 Weeks PTO Company-provided Vehicle & Gas Card Employee matching gift program to charitable organizations 401k (w/ company contribution of 3% of salary) Company-paid life & disability insurance 100% company-paid Health Benefits (60% for dependents)Job DetailsResponsibilities: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, etc. Develop budget parameters and perform conceptual estimating relating to that development Develop alternative construction schemes and subcontractor, supplier interest in the project Monitor physical development of specifications for compliance with budget parameters Prepares budget Reviews contract for conformity with Company guidelines Organize and schedule design-effort including recommendation of design build subcontractors Enforces compliance with Company subcontractor insurance and bond requirements Oversees all aspects of project administration Acts as key owner contact Monitors performance of subcontractors against subcontract terms Prepares job profit forecasts Identifies and implements method and systems for achieving cost savings Assures construction meets established quality standards Supervises and trains subordinates Other duties and responsibilities as assigned in order to meet shifting organizational prioritiesQualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field of study 10+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager supervising project teams Extensive experience with ground-up commercial projects (hotel/resort, winery, restaurant, and multifamily project experience strongly preferred) Strong estimating skills Proficient with Procore, Sage Timberline, MS Project, and other MS Office ApplicationsInterested in hearing more?
