Driven, generous, and mindful of balance, we’re forming teams that are built to make a difference! What you will be doing: Learn how to manage projects and out-sourced service providers. Assist with all aspects of facility project management and planning, including but not limited to client engagement, contract generation, cost and schedule control, quality control, and invoicing. Collaborate with the Project Management, Property Management and Asset Services teams. Assist with various tasks such as project documentation, scheduling, and communication to ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope. Perform research and reporting as required. Other duties as assigned. What you will bring along: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Mid-level to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. Uses computer and phone for work order system, email, and training.
