Job Details Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Type: Part Time (On-sight) Pay Range: $22 - $24 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift, Mon - Fri Job Description VersaDesk is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Engineer Intern to work directly with our CEO. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in hands-on engineering projects, contribute to cross-functional initiatives, and play a critical role in project coordination. The ideal candidate will possess a solid engineering foundation, proficiency in Solidworks, and excellent multitasking skills. Duties and Responsibilities Engineering Design Support: Assist the CEO with engineering design projects, providing technical input and supporting development through SolidWorks modeling and other design tools. Project Coordination and Management: Act as a point of contact between departments, coordinating cross-functional projects to ensure timely and successful project completion. Executive Calendar Management: Oversee the CEO’s calendar, scheduling and organizing meetings, project reviews, and other appointments to maintain an efficient workflow. Project Reporting: Regularly create and deliver project reports to the CEO, providing updates on project status, deadlines, and any potential issues. Basic Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering or a related field Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask across multiple projects Excellent communication and attention to detail Powered by JazzHR
