The Project Cost Controller is responsible for cost and estimating functions, including budget control and change management. They are focused on project cash flow and cost analysis to ensure accurate and timely project funding. Knowledge, Education, and Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or another business/related field. At least 5-7 years of experience in a large public accounting firm or a sophisticated corporate environment. Job costing/construction accounting experience preferred. Manufacturing industry experience preferred. Demonstrated and extensive knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel. Experience with Google Suite preferred. Must be able to excel in a deadline-oriented environment and demonstrate a high level of competence in organizing and prioritizing multiple work assignments. Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. Demonstrated ability to work independently within interpretive guidelines, take initiative, and perform effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment; effective oral and written communication skills; excellent responsive customer service focus and great team player; high level of skills in handling sensitive and confidential situations/information with the demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
