A significant portion of their work comes from repeat clients and occurs in highly sensitive, occupied environments. They are currently looking to hire a Project Coordinator. Description The Project Coordinator - Family-Owned GC - MD will be responsible for: Project Support: Assist the Project Manager in the planning and execution of construction projects. Maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with project goals. Documentation Management: Organize and maintain all project-related documents, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs (Requests for Information). Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress and issues to the Project Manager. Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting minutes. Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures, helping to identify cost-saving opportunities. Track and process invoices and payments to vendors and subcontractors. Site Coordination: Support site visits and inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Help resolve on-site issues and coordinate the efforts of subcontractors and laborers. Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation plans. Address any project-related concerns promptly to minimize disruptions.
