Salary Range: $70k - $90k+ Permanent Position with Benefits. A Cleveland, Ohio area architectural firm is seeking to hire a Project Architect / Project Manager REQUIREMENTS Bachelors' or Masters of Architecture degree from an accredited college Must have Revit CAD skills to create concept designs and construction documents Seeking candidates that have 4 + years' experience working as an Intern Architect, Architectural Designer, Project Architect or Project Manager Familiar with Revit CAD to create concept designs and construction documents for public buildings such as city halls, libraries, and schools / universities or other. MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) experienced Must have excellent communication & presentation skills. Proficiency in documenting all phases of the design process. Strong technical project detailing and documentation skills Must have strong relationship building skills Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
