The Role They are looking for a Project Analyst to work in their Project Management Office supporting the Senior Project Analyst. Your role will include: Processing high volumes of sales invoices accurately and efficiently ensuring prompt payment. Ensuring invoice requests are correctly calculated and coded. Investigate and resolve queries, ensuring issues are followed up in a timely manner by communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Management of the organisations Sales Invoice mailbox. Proactively work with the wider business to reduce levels of WIP (work in progress) through active regular targeted invoicing. Work in partnership with the business to ensure client requirements are understood from the outset i. e. billing client details, use of submission portals, purchase order details etc. Support project managers by preparing and submitting applications for payment (Af Ps) to clients in accordance with agreed timeframes.
