Acenda's expert team helps each individual, family and community move forward in their journey towards health and happiness.Program Overview: To keep families together by providing safe, permanent housing, and ongoing accessibility to evidence-based trauma informed support services to Child Protection and Permanency families throughout our region.Key Responsibilities: * Motivate, empower and professionally develop your staff of case managers, therapists and housing resource specialists, maintaining a team-oriented atmosphere. * Provide administrative oversight and support to staff who work with parents, youth and families with a history of homelessness or housing instability and other population health needs. * Assist in assessing whole family needs, identifying strength-based strategies to engage and support families, and guiding behavioral health interventions and wraparound supports to stabilize families. * Supervise and coach case managers in their work providing education, life skills, support, advocacy and linkages to improve families functioning. * Be an agency leader that demonstrates our core values and mission * Provide evidence-informed treatment to build positive interactions, enhance child, parent, and family well-being, and stabilize the home and family. * Co-facilitate groups for parents, children and families * Work collaboratively with your KFT peers, DCP&P and community service providers * Complete documentation consistent with program and agency requirementsRequirements: * Master's degree in counseling, social work or a related field * Strong engaging, communication and collaboration skills * Professionalism, ethics and a commitment to excellence in care * Previous supervisory experience * Must demonstrate initiative, creativity, reliability and the ability to work well independently * Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordWe Provide: * Base Salary: $57,000 * $750 Sign-On Bonus * An Innovative culture that encourages you to grow and learn with the agency * Mission-driven core * Health, Vision and Dental coverage for you and your family * 401(k) with up to a 5% employer match * Generous time-off * Flexible Spending Accounts * Year-end performance bonusesAcenda's Equal Employment Opportunity CommitmentAcenda Integrated Health is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
