Job Description: The Community Engagement Center Program Specialist assists in administering the AmeriCorps Scholarship program and associated trainings and presentations. The position will also assist with some Community Engagement Center programming. Duties and Responsibilities: Please note, this position is for 1 year. Continuation of position after October, 2025 is dependent on the continuation of the AmeriCorps program at SUU.Assist in managing the SUU AmeriCorps program as a subgrantee of the One Utah Service Fellows AmeriCorps program, including assisting with recruitment, orientation, and compliance duties.Participate in One Utah AmeriCorps provided training (occasional travel required).Provide assistance/coverage as needed for the Community Engagement Center and HOPE Pantry.Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Requirements: Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate's degree and one year of experience OR any combination of education and experience related to the position Essential Functions and Additional Duties totaling three years.Extensive experience with and knowledge of personal computers, automated information systems, record keeping, spreadsheets, and word-processing systems.Ability to work with diverse groups and contribute to a climate of inclusion.
