A company is looking for a Productivity & Quality Operations Manager (Remote). Key Responsibilities Manage a team of specialists to gather and analyze productivity and quality data Identify areas for operational improvement and implement automation solutions Deliver detailed analyses and presentations on revenue cycle performance to leadership Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in a related field or two years of relevant work experience Knowledge of billing procedures and third-party payer claims processing Familiarity with revenue cycle applications and operational workflows Experience with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel Understanding of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements related to the role
