Your Role: As a Production Technician, youll play a crucial role in our production processes, ensuring high-quality standards and smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include: Performing various production tasks.Inspecting equipment and processes.Participating in training programs.Documenting production data.Collaborating with team members and supervisors.Following safety regulations and company policies. What Were Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus.Proven work history in production or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.Experience with welding (Mig) and blueprint reading is a plusProficiency with heavy equipment (crane, forklift, etc.).Strong communication and teamwork skills.Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to stand; climb or balance: and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. and work entire shift, except breaks and lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
