Position Details Title: Production Supervisor Location: Roseville, CA Shift: Mon-Fri 7am to 3:30pm Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, 401K with match, holidays & PTO, Employee stock purchase plan Travel: None Position Description: The position requires the individual to supervise all shift production activities and ensure that processes are performed according to standard operating procedures. This position will supervise production and pilot lines and coordinate the scheduling of people, materials, and equipment. There will be roughly 15 direct reports. --- Select, manage, train, and develop staff. Establish objectives and assignments and provide ongoing feedback through performance reviews and development plans. --- Interacts with production, quality control, and process engineering departments to coordinate and resolve production related issues --- Prepares production reports and reviews log history reports --- Adhere to the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures. --- Understand relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company. --- Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures. --- High performing Supervisors will promote to Production Manager What this Company Offers: --- A collaborative teamwork environment where learning is constant, and performance is rewarded. --- The opportunity to work cross-functionally with engineering, quality assurance, and other departments. --- The satisfaction of being at the forefront of technology that is revolutionizing the treatment of some of the world's most devastating diseases. Requirements: --- Military leadership experience (will consider anyone E-5 and above with at least a Bachelors)! --- Bachelor's degree required --- Ability to effectively interface and supervise product builders from a wide variety of disciplines, cultures and backgrounds --- Ability to learn quickly on the job from subordinates, peers and superiors --- Proven track record of leadership, initiative and sound decision making
