Job Title: Production Operative Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00Pay: GBP 11.50 Are you detail: oriented, reliable, and looking for a challenging role in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are currently seeking an Assembly Operative to join our team on a full: time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the production of high: quality products while working regular daytime shifts. Responsibilities: : Perform assembly tasks following established procedures and guidelines: Use a variety of equipment to assemble components: Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards: Identify and report any defects or issues during the assembly process: Maintain a clean and organised work area: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimise assembly processes: Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality Requirements: : Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided: Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy: Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks: Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands: Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation purposes Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 This is an exciting opportunity to join a well: established business.
