This role operates on a fixed shift pattern as follows Monday - Thursday 2pm - 10pm and Friday 11:30am -5pm Key Responsibilities include: Ensuring compliance with the Company Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability Policies reporting any potentially dangerous issues/faults to your direct Team Leader or Production Manager including but not limited to maintaining a safe and clean work environment Ensure quality products are produced in the required quantity, on time, and at the lowest possible cost, in a manner in keeping with the Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures of the company Demonstrate a positive attitude to training and personal development Monitor the performance of the process ensuring maximum output.
