3dB Labs is a growing Defense Contractor focusing on Digital Signal Processing Software and Hardware with a diverse customer base. We are looking for a Production Lead to join our production team as we grow and scale our capabilities. As lead of the Production team, you will support the day-to-day engineering team in both a hardware and software based technology environment. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines. The Production lead will work alongside the team to help us build out and fulfill our ongoing product needs. Responsibilities Assist engineering and production team in creating, testing, and modifying products Help create production plans for new product lines Plan and coordinate production schedules for standard product and software orders to deliver quality products on-schedule Supervise production team members Collaborate with quality team to ensure products meet required specifications and comply with quality standards Monitor production performance and processes to identify areas for improvement Allocate resources to meet production goals and deadlines Ensure customer expectations for standard product and software orders are met Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures Implement and enforce safety measures to protect team members in production space Inspect products and processes for flaws and identify areas for improvement Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar 8-10 years experience in production operations (high-mix low-volume manufacturing or make-to-order manufacturing) ERP and MRP experience, Deltek Preferred US citizenship is required for all of our positions. 3dB Labs is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age, or other legally protected status.
