This is such an amazing opportunity for somone who wants to take that step up, someone who is tenacious and driven. This position will grow over the next few years with the companies expansion plans. Your main roles and responsibilities will be as follows: Managing of up to 15 Hands on : 20 / Hands off 80 : you will have to be very hands on with the machinery if there is a need for it. Man management : Training/Development, 121s, Sickness, Holiday planning etc Production Planning Conducting Daily quality tests Implementing and Delivering weekly KPI targets Im looking to speak to candidates who have experience within a manufacturing industry as a lead or supervisor who want the opportunity to step up and prove they have what it takes.
