Quality Management System Promptly raise and review (as appropriate) change controls in line with the Standard Operating Procedures for any changes to product, procedure, suppliers, equipment, facilities etc. Manage operations personnel to ensure cleaning and housekeeping within all productions areas / warehouse are completed to a satisfactory level and as per SOPs, and recorded correctly. Ensure that all appropriate SOPs are understood and carried out in full by all operations personnel as per the training matrix. Ensure all operations personnel alert QA immediately to any deviations in manufacturing / production / product specifications Ensure Corrective And Preventative Actions (CAPA) training is completed fully and promptly. Liaise with QA Manager and QA/QC to ensure that all GMP and ISO 22000 requirements are met, including the training of all manufacturing operatives. Liaise with QA Manager to ensure continual improvement and to resolve issues as quickly as possible whilst in compliance with GMP and ISO 22000 legislation and guidance. Planning and Procurement Manage the Procurement and planning departments the ensure that; We obtain the most competitive prices from our suppliers We receive stock in good time to allow efficient processing and planning We communicate effectively with our customers and provide and efficient and excellent service Highlight manufacturing and production bottle necks in advance and advice and provide solution to be able to avoid bottle necks. Internal communication works and keeping all departments up to date Monitor and evaluation of staff at regular intervals. Warehouse Work with the Warehouse Manager and department to ensure that; Warehouse meets GMP requirements at all time Products being delivered are processed and put away as quickly as possible Products being despatched are sent correct first time without errors Monitor and evaluate staff at regular intervals.
