3 : 5 Years in Production Management or Senior Team Leader role. Manage people effectively using appropriate management techniques, with a focus on employee engagement. Play a key role in facilitating CI activity. Monitor shift rotors and ensure machine cover meets schedule requirements. Focus on a high level of schedule adherence. Ensure versatility within your team to meet output requirement and develop staff morale. Complete performance management and first level disciplinary when required. Promote good communication between the Machine Shop and Production Engineering. Ensure 5S implementation throughout the factory, mentoring and empowering Team Leaders. Track, monitor and improve all responsible KPIs (safety, environment, quality, cost, delivery and people). Implement thorough TPM throughout the factory. Communicate clearly with all team members and management through daily meetings.
