East View Map Link is located in Maple Plain, MN - just 20 minutes west of Minneapolis, MN. Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing a small select warehouse team. This team will focus on the Special Account and may work in tandem with the other warehouse team. The role is a “working manager” role meaning that this role is working on the warehouse floor at times. Essential Job Functions: Assigns the select warehouse team duties; this includes delegating and tracking performance. Manages and directs timely execution of order-fulfillment. Identifies, develops, and executes opportunities to reduce costs and increase efficiency as it pertains to warehouse services and order fulfillment. Meets or exceeds Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) defined by business partners for warehousing and fulfillment services. Manages and organizes physical inventory and facilitates periodic inventory counts. Creates and updates warehouse and logistics procedural documentation. Procures and maintains inventory of warehouse supplies and materials. Qualifications: Education High School diploma, or equivalent Experience and/or Training Two (2) + years of supervisory experience; Two (2) + years of warehouse experience Technology/Equipment Excellent computer experience with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access); One (1) + year of ERP and shipping related software Physical & Mental Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently on their feet for extended periods of time. This can involve standing in one place for long periods, such as when packing items, or walking long distances, such as when picking items from various locations in the warehouse. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk and/or hear. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distance vision.
