Position Overview: As the Production Coordinator, your mornings will begin by checking emails and responding to urgent messages from teachers and staff. You'll keep an eye on the Job Board for any new projects that need attention, working closely with teachers to schedule tasks. You'll also handle phone calls, help with paperwork, order supplies when needed, and ensure everything runs smoothly for our school projects while being a supportive team player. Daily Tasks: Begin daily by checking emails for any items needing immediate attention. Reply to any customers, and or Project Managers as needed. Monitoring the Job Board to discover if any new jobs are in queue for production Coordinate crews with PM's assistance/direction. (Project scheduling) Answering phones/and following up with contractors, vendors, and PMs. Contract negotiation and documentation according to scope of work. Order supplies for projects as needed. Assisting in permit expedition Audit financials for In-Production Files, ensuring jobs are billed up to date. Responsible for assisting the entire department Be a team player. Requirements: Exterior industry knowledge (insulation, roofing, gutters, etc.) is required Direct experience with scheduling and contract negotiations. Understanding the insurance process is preferred Good with maintaining project budget and profitability metrics Detail-oriented is a must Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects at once. Reliable transportation and valid Drivers License. Benefits and Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 annually Competitive commission plan: 3% of total mitigation and content sales from documented relationships initiated and maintained by the employee. 1% of total reconstruction/repair sales from documented relationships initiated and maintained by the employee. Company vehicle and gas card - for the selected position Health, vision, and dental insurance 401K, company match up to 6% Paid Time Off Eligible after 90 days. 5 days vacation and 3 sick days in the first 2 years. After 2 years, increase to 10 vacation days.
