JOB PURPOSE To develop project or department schedules that will support shop plans and customer orders, as well as permit effective execution of work scope. ACCOUNTABILITIES Work List Development & Communication: • Develop and communicate work list at critical facilities. • Research statuses of jobs routed to the facility and expedite upstream activities as necessary to support schedule. • Review work list with Shop Supervisors using reports generated from P6 and Excel as well as communicating via email, work lists at facilities and " white boards. " Recover Schedules: • Produce recover schedules to bring critical jobs back on schedule. • Review status of job and produce bed sheet based on outstanding activities. • Review schedules with Shop Supervisors, Quality Control Manager/Supervisor. • Monitor, update and communicate status, alerting stakeholders to any deviations in plan, initiating corrections. • Integrate recover schedule.
