Job Summary We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in the production of high-quality prosthetic liners. You will work closely with other team members in a fast-paced environment to ensure the smooth operation of machinery and equipment. Key Responsibilities : Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of liners. Follow detailed production instructions and guidelines. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervisors. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus, but not required-training will be provided. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Physical Requirements : Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs, reach with hands and arms, pull/push Manual dexterity and visual acuity for handling small parts. Work Schedule : Full-time, first shift, Monday - Friday - 5am - 3.30pm Benefits : Competitive salary, overtime pay, monthly production incentive bonus, yearly annual wage increase Health, dental, and vision insurance.
