In Office Requirements: Required in-office presence of 4 days a week. Job Summary: The Product Manager is a senior-level position responsible for developing and executing product strategies that will drive business growth and profitability. One of the primary goals of this position is to establish the portfolio's product vision, strategy, and roadmap. The Product Manager drives innovation and delivery for their products within their value stream to achieve the operating companies' strategic priorities. The Product Manager is a key player who effectively integrates, motivates, and builds relationships with all operating company stakeholders, executives, and other individuals or organizations involved with the end-to-end product life cycle. Through ongoing customer interaction and collaboration with the business and financial stakeholders the Product Manager supports the Allegis Coalition with driving strategic investment decisions. Responsibilities Essential Functions: * The Product Manager must have a deep understanding of the value stream and the company's key personas. They must conduct regular market research and analysis to identify industry back-office metrics, opportunities, and threats that may impact their product strategy * Work with the business to define, track, and communicate relevant KPIs for the product to measure performance and contribution to business strategic priorities * The Product Manager must develop business cases for new products, including market analysis, product requirements, competitive analysis, and financial projections * Based on the market research and analysis the Product Manager will drive investment decision making and the overall financial performance of the product, taking a return-on-investment approach to increasing the value while minimizing product costs * Leads product strategy, planning and lifecycle management efforts to drive the ongoing evolution and innovation of the product * Develop and socialize the Product Roadmap and release plans and ensure a common understanding among internal and external stakeholders that achieves customer outcomes * Lead workstream Product team in a variety of Agile meeting ceremonies: PI planning, sprint demos, PI demos, etc. * Communicate with Operating company stakeholders and develop strong relationships to surface, balance and prioritize feedback focusing on enhancing user experience * Responsible for publishing the quarterly high valued feature sets delivered on a quarterly basis to the Operating company stakeholders and prioritize accordingly with the Product Owner(s) on impacted value streams * Understands the end-to-end business processes and can affect change along that continuum to optimize user experience and drive performance efficiencies * Collaborate with UX team to drive adoption and consumption of product capabilities Minimum Education and/or Experience: * 7 + years' experience * Previous experience driving transformationsProduct Visionary – Innovation minded Qualifications Skills/Abilities: * Agile Mindset Defined by Values and Principles * Reflection & Inquiry focus * Continual Learning and Improvement * Cultivates a 'team first' mentality * Quickly resolve challenges and removes roadblocks * Communication and Command skills * Managing Organizational Change * Making complex decisions * Viewed as a change agent to drive adoption for newly released features and capabilities Core Competencies * Customer Service * Building Relationships * Business Knowledge * Organizational Acumen * Self-Motivation/Self Starter * Leading Self and Others * Timely / Quality Decision Making * Integrity and Trust Benefits Overview: * Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
