This role offers the unique opportunity to work not only with the organization to develop products, but the individual in this role will have the opportunity to also interface with customers at trade shows and in person to understand the market trends and customer demands. This position will be responsible for working closely with the Director of Sales for planning, implementing and maintaining the product management function. They will also work closely with Customer Service to understand and facilitate continuous improvement. In addition, this role will work with the marketing team to promote products and strategize opportunities for growth. The position will be located at our Greeneville, Tennessee facility. What You’ll Do• Perform market and competitive research and analysis• Product and project management/development• Manage product creation and prototyping• Define longterm product development strategies• Support Marketing with advertising development, product marketing plans, and the development of marketing collateral such as spec sheets, how-to videos, etc. • Create specific pitches and presentations per customer• Coordinate needs with consumers and businesses• Forecasting future sales strategies and movement• Develop strategies to meet monthly and yearly sales goals• Maintain Web siteand social medial interactions• Participate in brand management of all products• Serve as a liaison between engineering, sales, design, etc. in order to help coordinate all product functions• Attend trade shows as necessary• Coordinate packaging for all products• Construct presentations to sales teams, marketing teams, etc. for product updates. • Support digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. What you bring: • Requires general business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills. • Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner. • Customer relationship management expertise, understanding and focusing on customer’s needs, establishing credibility and building positive and professional relationships. • Requires strong time management ability, attention to detail and must be resourceful.
