Expedient is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the adoption and lifecycle management of our enterprise-grade virtualization cloud DRaaS solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, experience in project management, a deep understanding of virtualization technologies, and a passion for driving the development and adoption of innovative solutions. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, implementation, and support teams to ensure the service and adoption success in the market.Sponsorship is not provided. For more information about Expedient check out our website at www.expedient.com Responsibilities: Participate in defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for Nutanix AHV private cloud and DRaaS solutions Gather market research, client insights, and analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats. Oversee the service lifecycle from design through adoption and revisions, including specification, development, launch, and step-up phases. Ensure that each stage of the product lifecycle is managed to maximize value, usability, and client satisfaction. Collaborate with engineering teams to define detailed product requirements and prioritize feature development based on client needs, market trends, and business priorities. Act as the primary service evangelist to build awareness and understanding of Nutanix AHV across internal teams and external stakeholders. Monitor and analyze the development team’s performance against key metrics and objectives. Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to continuously refine and improve the service offering. Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including regular updates on adoption progress, challenges, and achievements. Facilitate alignment and address any concerns to ensure smooth delivery and support Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of product or IT service management experience, preferably in virtualization, cloud computing, or related technologies. Strong technical background with a solid understanding of virtualization concepts and technologies, specifically Nutanix AHV. Proven record of accomplishment of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization. Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Participated in enterprise IT service & software implementations. Agile/ SCRUM Project Management Skills: Ability to prioritize and be productive in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of project management lifecycle. Strong customer service and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility to travel approximately 2 to 4 days per month Compensation for this position will be directly linked to your own experience and skills and how quickly you will acclimate to the role. The estimated salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 annually.
