About the Team We are looking for an inbound Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, has a desire to craft solutions for the higher education market, and is excited to join our mission! About the Role In Student Core and Frameworks, We are the voice of the customer : Talks to customers to understand what features customers need/want to advise the product roadmap. Liaises with relevant parties, including development, QA, documentation, product support, etc. to facilitate the release process. Resolves customer critical issues as needed. We collaborate : Serve as a user-representative who can convey functional requirements to technical audiences and drives the product development life cycle. Point of contact for internal teams such as consultants, production support, training, documentation and sales. Provide field teams with demos or presentations to prospective customers.
