Key Responsibilities: Drive daily product management workflow, including sprint planning and backlog prioritization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define long-term product strategy and enhance the care seeker experience Analyze user behavior and market trends to inform product enhancements and improve user engagement Required Qualifications: 3-4 years of product management experience, preferably in consumer-facing or health/care-related fields Hands-on experience managing sprints and collaborating with engineering teams Proficient in analyzing data and making informed product decisions Experience with user research and gathering qualitative feedback is a strong plus A genuine interest in improving the care journey for families
