About the job The Compliance Product Strategy team is looking for a Product Manager responsible for designing and building AI powered Anti Money Laundering solutions. In this role you will be at the intersection of product development, compliance, and innovative technology and will be defining and designing efficient AI systems that will help financial institutions comply with Anti Money Laundering regulations. As an AML Analytics Product Manager, you will: Set, execute, and publish the product vision and roadmap. Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer, prospect, and analyst inputs, market direction, field contributions and company strategic priorities. Collaborate with and drive product development in R&D based on requirements management and product lifecycle. Define user personas and use cases. Deliver technical, fact-oriented content for pricing, positioning and collateral. Deliver product vision, roadmap, and software demonstrations to key stakeholders such as internal constituents, customers, press, and analysts using written and verbal communication, and presentations. Manage the product across its lifecycle, leveraging available tools. Be a product champion by analyzing external market trends, competition, opportunities that impact the user and capabilities of the platform. Required qualifications 5 years of experience in Product Management. Experience with AI and Machine Learning technologies. Experience in the AML Compliance space. Working knowledge of AI architecture. Understanding of Generative AI Understanding of Kubernetes architecture. Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, or related discipline. An equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications. You're curious, passionate, authentic and accountable.
