Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation. Job responsibilities * Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination * Carry out in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business cases for change and leadership decision making. * Lead the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements * Effectively manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners * Champion continuous enhancements by identifying process streamlining opportunities, incorporating best practices, and staying abreast of emerging technologies Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills * 7 + years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery role * Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities * Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes * Strong influencing and partnership/collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams to build better solutions and to execute product go-live plans * Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies * Strong technical background, with experience working on AWS, Big Data, Snowflake; experience with JIRA, Agile methodologies * Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization **** Relocation is not available for this role Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
