A company is looking for a Remote Privacy Attorney for a 6-month temporary project. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice on compliance with the CFPB's open banking rule Develop and refine policies related to consumer financial data rights and privacy compliance Conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders on privacy obligations and consumer rights Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Admission to practice law in at least one state Minimum of 5 years of experience in privacy law, particularly in financial services Deep understanding of the CFPB's regulations, especially the open banking rule under Section 1033
