Up to $94,941/annuallyBaxter, MN or St. Cloud, MN This position will provide professional planning assistance and leadership to the MnDOT District 3 Office in developing, coordinating, and integrating various highway, transit, freight, bicycle and pedestrian transportation plans and studies. The position participates in statewide, district, regional and local planning initiatives that contribute to the development of a safe and sound multimodal transportation system. It provides leadership and support in the development of district and statewide transportation plans and studies; the administration of the districts access management and development review process; and the creation, communication and administration of the District 10-year Capital Highway Investment Plan to ensure integration and consistency with statewide and district investment planning goals and investment direction. This position may work out of Baxter or St. Cloud, Minnesota and will have the option to telework on a part-time/hybrid basis. The employee will be required to complete a telework agreement. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSTwo years of advanced professional transportation planning experience. Experience must also demonstrate the following: Working knowledge of the theory and practice of comprehensive regional and community planning, with the focus on transportation, land use, and stakeholder collaboration.
