Come be a part of our team!Job summaryContribute to Client SuccessAs a key contributor on the Delivery Industry Team, you will provide guidance and oversight to our project teams on industry best practices and trends, platforms and platform roadmaps, solution design, and acceleratorsWork with customer stakeholders to understand desired business outcomes and define success criteria using industry ability and knowledge of platform capabilitiesSetup projects for success by participating in project estimation, identification of internal assets to leverage, and project kickoffCollaborate with delivery teams in preparing for a successful client engagement in your area of disciplineMentor Solution Architects in leading discovery and qualifications refinement sessions to uncover and guide customers' business, functional, and technological qualificationsContribute to Team Success within Capital Markets verticalCreate and maintain training materials/modules as well as documented best practicesIdentify industry trends and potential accelerators for consideration as Foundry AssetsHost regularly scheduled educational workshops/webinars for Silverline (not necessarily Salesforce related, could be industry trends, success stories, etc.)Define and promote a set of delivery and design standards unique to defined industry sectors and align them to discovery, design and resource templates for eachMaintain a 'best of breed' backlog, story maps, and other materials per sub-vertical to be a starting point for Silverline teamsAlign with Internal & External PartnersCollaborate with internal teams (Ventures, Go To Market, Sales, and Foundry) to help shape and grow the Silverline offerings in Investment Banking, ensuring we have teams that are ready to deliver what has been soldCollaborate with Sales and Account Teams to help develop specific proposals in support of new and ongoing business developmentCollaborate with external partner organizations, such as Salesforce, to develop Silverline offerings and delivery capabilitiesGrow Silverline's AbilityAssist in evaluating and growing the Investment Banking ability of Silverline consultantsIdentify and engage in continuing professional education (beyond Salesforce) within the Investment Banking space (industry and partner certifications).Contribute to Silverline's industry market presence and recognition by attending conferences, writing blog posts, engaging in the Salesforce partner community, etc.Revisit clients and previous projects after the dust has settled, to identify what design decisions worked, what didn't, what are the client is doing now. Suggest new platform capabilities that the client might be able to take advantage of.Collaborate with Foundry to identify and maintain the asset roadmap within Capital MarketsCollaborate with Alliances to develop and publish a list of vendors/apps for our preferred add-on applicationsIncorporate emerging technologies and tools into Silverline's offering.Key skills and QualificationsBA/BS degree15 + years of professional and/ or consulting background, including some combination of Investment Banking (5-ten years) and background on the Salesforce platform (Financial Services Cloud background a plus) or comparable CRMSolid understanding of technology applications within Investment BankingDemonstrated ability to communicate and build relationships with business and technical audiences, including demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and decision makersSolid thought leadership skills and ability to gain buy-in to a visionPrecise and effective customer communications and presentation skillsA proven track record to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneouslyUnderstanding of key concepts of user centered design and design thinkingBackground with business process definition, best practices, and reengineeringBackground writing user stories to capture business qualificationsUnderstanding of the key levers for B2B, B2C, hybrid business modelsGreat teamwork and collaboration skillsDesire to learn new things and mentor teammates
