Key Responsibilities Lead the development of AI and machine learning models to address complex business challenges Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals Mentor junior data scientists and drive best practices within the data science function Required Qualifications and Education PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field 10+ years of experience in AI and machine learning Significant experience managing technical teams and complex projects Experience with large language models and distributed computing systems Strong coding skills in Python or another programming language
