Welcome to AllCare Primary & Immediate Care, a comprehensive primary care and immediate care practice providing accessible healthcare services through in-office and online virtual care options. Our state-of-the-art facility offers a wide range of medical services, including immediate care for minor injuries and urgent medical situations, alongside virtual visits for follow-up care and consultations for various medical situations.We are currently hiring a Board Eligible / Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine Physicians to join our team as anchor physicians for our Navy Yard, DC practice. If you are seeking a career change for a better work-life balance, please contact me for more information.Location: Navy Yard, DCResponsibilities: Provide primary medical care to patients of all ages, children, adults, and seniors Perform routine check-ups and physical examinations Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries Prescribe medications and administer treatments Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work and imaging studies Develop and implement treatment plans for chronic conditions Provide preventive care, including vaccinations and health screenings Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease preventionExperience: Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Valid Unrestricted License in DC Experience in managing chronic conditions Proficiency in performing minor procedures, such as suturing wounds and removing skin lesions Knowledge of infection control protocols and practices Familiarity with electronic medical record systems Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change based on the needs of the healthcare facility.Benefits: Flexible schedule for an ideal work-life balance Competitive compensation package 401k with a generous employer match Malpractice insurance coverage Company sponsored Medical, Dental and Vision Plans Three weeks of paid time off (PTO) annually No on-call responsibilities or work brought home Schedule: 3 days per week (Monday - Friday Shifts 8:00 am to 8:00 pm) Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm)Our mission is to deliver compassionate and patient-centered care, ensuring the well-being of our patients is at the heart of everything we do.
