Family or Internal Medicine Physician Job in Vienna, VA Welcome to AllCare Primary & Immediate Care, comprehensive primary care and immediate care practices providing accessible healthcare services through in-office and online virtual care options. Our state-of-the-art facilities offer a wide range of medical services, including immediate care for minor injuries and urgent medical situations, alongside virtual visits for follow-up care and consultations for various medical situations. We are currently hiring a Board Eligible/Certified Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team as the anchor physician for our Tysons West practice. If you are seeking a career change to a great work-life balance, please contact me for more information.Location: 1499 Cornerside Blvd. Suite A, Vienna, VA 22182Responsibilities: Provide primary medical care for patients of all ages; children, adults, and seniors Perform routine check-ups and physical examinations Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries Prescribe medications and administer treatments Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work and imaging studies Develop and implement treatment plans for chronic conditions Provide preventive care, including vaccinations and health screenings Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease preventionExperience/Qualifications: Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Valid Unrestricted License in Virginia Experience of managing chronic conditions Proficiency in performing minor procedures, such as suturing wounds and removing skin lesions Knowledge of infection control protocols and practices Familiarity with electronic medical record systemsPlease note that this job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change based on the needs of the healthcare facility.Benefits: Flexible schedule for an ideal work-life balance Competitive compensation package 401k with a generous employer match Malpractice insurance coverage Company sponsored Medical, Dental and Vision Plans Three weeks of paid time off (PTO) annually No on-call responsibilities or work brought homeSchedule: 3 days per week (Monday - Friday Shifts 8:00 am to 8:00 pm) Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm)Join our team and make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our community.
