VAL-CO is a leader in commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment, specializing in world-famous poultry watering and feeding systems is currently looking for Full-Time Press Operator in the Coldwater, Ohio facility. *STARTING WAGE OF $21- TOP OUT PAY $24 FOR PRESS OPERATOR *4-10 HOUR DAYS *80 HOURS PTO AS WELL AS 1 FLOATING HOLIDAY AFTER PROBATIONARY PERIOD * WEEKLY PAY * Overtime is currently available * OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT IN TO SKILLED POSITIONS SUCH AS SETUP, LASER, WELDER, MACHINE ROOM, AUGER, ETC... Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams Adjust machine settings to complete tasks according to specifications in a timely manner Ensure that the machine is maintained for the highest level of productivity and quality Perform in-process inspections on components being produced Complete required logs and shop tracking cards Ensure proper housekeeping and safety of designated production area BE ABLE TO MAKE PIECE RATE Like all VAL-CO employees, the conduct of this position must be consistent with good character and must be reflective of our company's published core values. *Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability.
