Job Title: Preschool Regional Center Director Salary: $20-$25 per hour, bonus based on performance Employment Type: Full-Time, Travel Required Between Centers About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Regional Center Director to oversee the operations of multiple childcare centers. The successful candidate will lead teams in delivering high-quality care and education to children from six weeks to 12 years of age. This leadership role involves managing day-to-day center activities, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and maintaining a positive environment for children, staff, and families. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations across multiple centers, ensuring compliance with all licensing and safety standards. Implement and uphold childcare policies and procedures. Cultivate strong relationships with staff, families, and the community. Support center managers in fostering staff engagement and retention. Oversee enrollment, financial goals, and overall center performance. Monitor children's progress and support their developmental needs. Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development for staff. Ensure a safe, stimulating environment that promotes children's growth. Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and needs. Qualifications: NC Administrative Credentials, Level 3 Admin (required); strong Level II candidates may be considered. Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in childcare administration (3+ years preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with staff and engage with families and community partners.
