We're looking for individuals who share our passion for innovation, diversity and inclusion, and sustainability.What You Will DoThe Precision Machinist work primarily with CNC milling machines, including set-up operation and programming of equipment. They may also work with CNC lathes and manual grinders according to tool room needs. Responsibilities include: * Load, check, and run tooling and programs. * Set-up and operate multiple CNC milling and/or turning machine tools and grinding using text and graphic information supplied from the CAD/CAM system. * Monitor and maintain tooling during job run. * Perform in-process inspection and documentation results. * Support continuous improvement ideas and concepts. * Support and monitor production tooling.What You Will Bring * High school diploma or GED equivalent. * 3+ years of previous experience. * Basic math skills. * Ability to read procedures and work instructions. * Ability to lift up to 50lbs.What We Can Offer You * Competitive Total Rewards Program with health and financial benefits. * Generous vacation, sick days, holidays, and a volunteer day. * 401K match and profit sharing. * Multiple healthcare options. * Parental leave. * Growth and development opportunities.Join us in making meaningful connections.
