We are looking for an Attorney with at least three years of pre-trial litigation knowledge to join our LITIGATION TEAM. Our office offers a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, fostering professional growth opportunities. Join us at our NEW office in Woodbury, Long Island. Benefits: • Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)• Contribution towards health benefits (in the firm’s health plan)• Profit-sharing plan• 401K plan• Generous Bonus Program Responsibilities:• Conduct legal research• Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence• Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies• Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action• Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings• Depositions (experience a plus but will train) Qualifications:• At least 3 years of experience working in a law firm is required • Admitted to practice in NYS• Strong research and writing skills• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills Compensation: $110,000+/- DOE About Company: Schneider Buchel LLP, a growing law firm, serves clients across New York State.
