A highly reputable mid-sized law firm in Hackensack, New Jersey, is seeking a full-time Plaintiff Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager to join our legal support team and meaningfully contribute to the growth and success of our rapidly expanding practice. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience and be responsible and detail-oriented. This position calls for someone who enjoys multi-tasking and learning through exciting and challenging hands-on experiences. This position has growth potential and is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow within our firm. A comprehensive benefits package is available, which includes free medical employee coverage. Responsibilities:• Heavy phone contact with clients, providers, and insurance carriers.• Drafting correspondence, and other pre-litigation-related documents.• Updating and maintaining client database.• Other related administrative tasks, as assigned. Qualifications:• Experience in Personal Injury;• Fluent in MS Office Suite;• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;• Strong multitasking skills and work ethic;• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team;• Friendly disposition, with a sense of humor.
