Familiarity with Michigan’s no-fault auto law is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate who demonstrates reliability, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.Location:Farmington Hills, MichiganDuties:Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the pre-litigation process, providing support and updates.Case Management: Manage cases from intake through resolution, including reviewing documents, drafting demand letters, and processing paperwork.Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations by reviewing medical records, accident reports, and other documentation to build strong cases.Settlement Negotiations: Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and other third parties, ensuring fair compensation for clients.Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to maintain smooth case flow and thorough preparation.Client Advocacy: Advocate for clients’ rights with compassion and attention to detail, ensuring their needs are met and best interests are protected.Requirements:2-5 years of legal experience.Strong client relationship and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.Familiarity with personal injury and auto accident law is preferred but not required.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active license to practice law in the state of Michigan.Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.Ability to manage case documents and processes efficiently.Client-centered approach with attention to detail and empathy.Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
