Peregrine Team is hiring for a Pre-Litigation Associate in Beverly Hills, CA. This position is a full-time, direct hire role with full benefits and competitive pay. Pay: $85,000 - $175,000/year What You Will Bring: A strong foundation in legal principles and a desire to work in personal injury law. The capacity to assist with pre-litigation processes - everything from intake to lien negotiation. The capacity to oversee case managers and assist with client contact; monitoring Statute of Limitations deadlines. Proficiency in dealing with opposing attorneys, co-plaintiff attorneys, and insurance adjusters. Proficiency in managing medical treatment, drafting demands. The skill to craft meet and confer letters, motions, as well as personal injury demands, and mediation briefs. A commitment to learning and providing top-notch legal representation.
