As a Power Platform Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain solutions that leverage Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. You will play a key role in automating business processes, enhancing user experiences, and driving innovation across the organization.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities: * Design and develop Power Apps and Power Automate workflows based on business requirements. * Offer expert guidance and support to users on Power Platform-related queries. * Participate in the full development lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise-level applications. * Develop and maintain Power Apps integrated with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. * Collaborate closely with IT teams to manage and govern the Power Platform environment, ensuring compliance, security, and optimal performance. QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience: * Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. * Proficient in developing both model-driven and canvas-driven Power Apps and enhancing existing applications. * Strong understanding of Power Apps development methodologies, including form creation and customization. * Knowledge of licensing models related to automating business processes using Power Automate. * Experience with creating custom connectors and integrating third-party APIs or REST services. * Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and its integration with Power Platform solutions. * Hands-on experience in application lifecycle management (ALM) and DevOps practices, including CI/CD for Power Platform solutions. * Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps and Functions. * Solid experience working with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Azure ecosystems. * Strong proficiency in web development languages: JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. * Experience with Azure DevOps is an advantage. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * 3+ years of experience in Power Platform development. Desirable Qualifications: * A keen understanding of best practices for Power Platform governance and security. * Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a team. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
