Position details 13; Coordinates setup, operation and day to day maintenance of powder coating equipment to ensure quality standards are achieved. 13; Job duties 13; :Sets controls on powder application equipment according to set procedures.:Cleans and maintains the environmental room and powder coating booth to avoid powder contamination.:Ensures best coverage of parts while working to maintain the highest line speed.:Maintains coating thickness to meet established quality standards and determines corrective actions as necessary.:Performs basic maintenance on all system equipment:Performs other duties as assigned 13; Job Skills Qualifications 13; :Basic reading skills:Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location 13; Education 13; High-school diploma 13; 13; Background Qualifications 13; 1 yr of related experience 13; Physical and Environmental Qualifications 13; Some physical demand; often lifts light weight material.
