Post-Acute Physician physician employment in Arizona : Post Acute Care Physician opportunity in Sierra Vista, AZ *Part time* Join our dedicated and expanding post-acute care practice in Sierra Vista, AZ.As a leader in facilities-based medicine, our organization has the largest network of post-acute care clinicians, with over 1,500 primary care and behavioral health providers across more than 31 states. We offer extensive training, a dedicated EHR system, and continuous clinical education to support our post-acute care team. Position Highlights: Flexible rounding schedule, 1-2 days per week Part-time benefits, including professional liability insurance with tail coverage, wellness benefits, and license reimbursement Uncapped Fee-for-Service (FFS) compensation CME opportunities We're looking for a board-certified Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM) professional with a passion for serving active older adults and an interest in leadership. We are committed to helping our clinicians excel in their practice every day. Our clinician teams are backed by a physician-driven, patient-centered approach and ample growth opportunities for career advancement.Our productivity-based (FFS) compensation model allows you to maximize income, with an expected annual range of $50,000 to $60,000 and no cap on productivity earnings. This part-time role offers a flexible 1-2 day per week rounding schedule.
