Between meetings, you're multitasking-managing project details and keeping open communication with both clients and your team. You present stunning design proposals, highlighting how your plans align with client needs. Negotiation is key as you work toward mutually beneficial agreements. Post-sale, you focus on creating the necessary documentation, ensuring every aspect of design, engineering, and permitting is in place, all while setting the stage for a seamless build.
